Owens to Head MBN

Public Safety Commissioner Albert Santa Cruz has named Sam Owens as Interim Director of the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics (MBN).

Mr. Owens began his employment with MBN in January of 1978. Since then, he has served as an Agent, District Captain, Regional Major, Director of Training, Special Operations Commander, and Deputy Director.
