Prentiss Co. Woman Arrested After Taking Kids To Drug Deal

PRENTISS CO., Miss. (WCBI) – A Booneville woman is in jail after taking her children to a drug deal.

On June 23rd, Prentiss County Narcotics Investigators and deputies arrested 36-year-old Tracie Treece following an undercover investigation.

Treece is charged with several felonies, including sale of methamphetamine and child abuse for allowing children to be present for the drug sale.

Treece’s bond on the felony charges is $15,000 dollars. She also faces charges from the city of Booneville with an additional bond.

Treece remains in Prentiss County custody.
