Bulldogs Set For National TV Two Of First Three Weeks
 STARKVILLE, Miss. – The 2008 Mississippi State football season will begin with a 5:45 p.m. (CT) kickoff in Ruston, La., the Southeastern Conference announced today. The Bulldogs season opener at Louisiana Tech will be televised nationally by ESPN2. The national cable outlet also selected MSU's SEC opener for broadcast, setting the MSU-Auburn game time for 6 p.m. (CT).

Season Ticket Deadline Extended To Monday Due To Power Outage
 STARKVILLE, Miss. - A power outage in the Bryan Athletic Building scheduled from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday, May 30, has been extended. The outage is taking place in order to run the main power line to the new Athletic Academic Center, which is currently under construction.
