Suspects In Random Lee County Shootings Nabbed

LEE COUNTY ( WCBI) – Lee County Sheriff Jim Johnson says speculation that Saturday night episodes where someone fired at homes or cars is connected to drug or gang activity is unfounded

Johnson says 3 people are being held for questioning after deputies stopped the car reported to be seen in the area of the shootings .  A pellet pistol was recovered during the traffic stop.  Johnson plans to release more information Monday   He adds people should avoid making social media posts about the shootings without accurate information .
