COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI)- It was a battle of teachers versus students Tuesday (11-7) morning at Columbus High School. All for a good cause of course….teachers took on the students in a game of basketball to benefit the United Way. Students paid two dollars to watch the game. The high school has been fundraising for the organization since the beginning of October with an overall goal of $15,000 dollars. They hope today’s activity will raise enough to reach that goal. And who came out as the champion? The students..by a score of 20 to 16.
