Tishomingo Deputies Make Large Xanax Seizure

IUKA  (WCBI) – A safety checkpoint pays off for the Tishomingo County Sheriffs Department.

The department was running the detail when they noticed 21 year old David Jones of Booneville appeared to be under the influence of some type of drug. A search of his car turned up over 200 xanax tablets along with some marijuana. Jones is now charged with possesion of a controlled substance.
