OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Starkville and Oktibbeha County must remain competitive when it comes to providing good quality health care. That’s the word from a consulting firm.
Looking to the future, Oktibbeha County supervisors were given an educational presentation Monday from a Jackson-based consultant firm.
“Its a lengthy process but its a very helpful process and it does not commit the county to do anything beyond gather the information. But thats just by law what you must have and must know before you make that decision,” said Barry Plunkett, Horne CPAs & Business Advisors.
The Horne group is working with four other county hospitals right now.
