Tupelo Police Seek Suspects From A Shots Fired Call

TUPELO, Miss. (PRESS RELEASE) – Monday, August 29, 2016 at approximately 2:30 pm TPD Officers responded to the 200 block of South Highland Drive in reference to a disturbance where a gun had been fired.

Officers learned that victim and suspect had been in a verbal argument over suspect stealing property.

At some point the suspect returned as a passenger in a dark blue sedan (possibly Lexus) and fired a gun into the air.

There were no physical injuries and no property damage was found.

Investigation revealed that a possible suspect is Darquavion “Dill” Morrow.

Morrow is currently wanted for unrelated misdemeanor warrant with Tupelo as well as a felony warrant for auto burglary from Shelby County TN Sherriff’s Office.

Morrow may be associated with 2 other individuals also wanted for felony auto burglary from Shelby County TN Sheriff’s Office.
