Lee County Man Faces Cyberstalking Charges

LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Lowndes County deputies pick up a Saltillo man for threatening his wife. Deputies say 24 year old Joshua Pennington was arrested after his estranged wife filed charges he threatened to kill her over text message. He is charged with cybsertalking, which is a felony.
