Louisville Residents Have Reunion Despite Tornado Damage

LOUISVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — Residents in East Louisville continued their yearly reunion tradition despite the devastation left behind by the tornado.

The reunion was held at Ingwicks Community Center on Hight Avenue.

The community gathering was held at Academy Park last year but it was badly damaged in last month’s storm.

Reunion organizers say they chose to move forward with the event to lift the community’s spirit and bring everyone together again.

The reunion also celebrated recent graduates from Louisville High School.
