Video: Demolition Continues On Winston Co. Hospital

LOUISVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Winston County  is one step closer to having a new hospital.

Demolition continues on the Winston County Regional Medical Center.

The hospital was severely damaged during the  April 2014 tornado.

The new facility will have more than 120 beds, which will be split between the hospital and nursing home.

The Winston County Medical Foundation hopes the total cost will be around $39 million dollars, which includes the demolition, new facility and administration.

Demolition started earlier this week.
