Video: Victim Of Nettleton Fire Identified

NETTLETON (WCBI) – Lee County Coroner Carolyn Green says an autopsy will determine the exact cause of death of the man found inside a burning home in Nettleton.

Green says 60 year old George Mayfield is the resident who died when the home on Burgess Drive burned Thursday afternoon.  Neighbors say Mayfield was a war veteran who had lived in the neighborhood for several years.
