TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) — The man serving 25 years in prison for sending Ricin-laced letters to President Obama, Senator Roger Wicker, and Lee County Judge Sadie Holland was sentenced Tuesday for unrelated state charges of fondling. James Everett Dutschke was sentenced to 20 years in prison Tuesday in Lee County Circuit Court. He pleaded guilty in January to inappropriately touching 3 students in his Martial Arts studio in Tupelo. Dutschke’s sentence on the fondling charges will run concurrent to the 25 year Federal sentence he received for the Ricin letters. He will also have to register as a sex offender when he is released.
