Video: Mississippi University For Women Health Fair

COLUMBUS, Miss.(WCBI)—Making wellness you goal is the message The Mississippi University For Women, is giving to the public.

The university’s department of health and Kinesiology held it’s annual community health fair Wednesday morning.

Health care organizations filled the Pohl Gym on campus, ready to answer questions and help anyone with their wellness and health goals.

Cole Philips is over the fair and he says it’s a great way to make the community more health conscience.

“A lot of services people just don’t know about. We live in a rural community and , your sitting at home, you don’t know about all those things so we try to get as many people as we can to come out here and let them know what’s out there,” said Philips.

The”W” has host the community health fair for more than ten years.
