STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — Phase 1 of Starkville’s Cotton Mill project is on track.

Renovations to the old Cooley Building should be complete by Summer 2015, according to developer Mark Castleberry.

The former cotton mill is being transformed into a state of the art conference facility with nods to the building’s past.

The renovation is the first step in a planned development that will eventually include a hotel, parking garage, and retail, restaurant, and residential development.
