Video: Three Arrests Made in Rash of Bomb Threats

MACON and COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) –Three teenagers are arrested after a bomb threat at two Noxubee County schools Thursday morning.

Sheriff Terry Grassaree says two 14 year-olds and one 15 year-old were arrested and taken to the Lowndes County Juvenile Detention Center.

One teen is being charged with making a bomb threat.The other two teens are being charged with accessory before and after the fact.

They are students at Noxubee High.

Grassaree says the call originated from Noxubee County High School but also threatened B.F. Liddell Middle School.

School was dismissed for the day.

The names of those arrested are not being released because of their age.

Meanwhile, Columbus police are also investigating a bomb threat a Columbus High.

It was called in about noon on Thursday.

Nothing was found in the school and no arrests have been made.
