TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – Tupelo’s Convention and Visitors Bureau has a new tagline and logo. The logo was unveiled at the CVB offices, along with a new theme called “The Center of Positivity.” That marketing campaign is the result of a six month effort that polled locals, visitors and others about the qualities of Tupelo. Officials say the theme is in line with Tupelo’s long history of progressive thinking.

“The city has renewed itself many times but one thing has always remained true, that is Tupelo is an upbeat , happy city where people can accomplish anything, especially when we share ideas, Tupelo is full of contagious optimism and we’re ready to become the center of positivity,” said Tupelo CVB Director, Neal McCoy.

All ads will be themed to be encouraging, and of course, there is still a strong Elvis influence in the campaign.
