Video: Tupelo Police Say One Suspect Will Be Charged In Connection With Shooting At Waffle House

TUPELO, MISS. (WCBI) – Tupelo police will charge one man in connection with a shooting early Sunday at a Waffle House that sent two people to the hospital.

Twenty four year old Nicholas Pack will be charged with aggravated assault.  Police say Pack was involved in a shooting at the Waffle House 2;30 Sunday morning.

Two people were taken to the hospital.  One is in critical condition, the other in good condition.

Police say Pack turned himself into authorities Sunday evening.

There is no word yet on what sparked the shooting.  Pack is expected to have his bond set on Tuesday.
