Columbus, Miss. (WCBI) – The United Way of Lowndes County teamed up with Weyerhaeuser to help needy families with infants. During a recent donation drive, they collected more than 75,000 diapers. Friday the diapers were transported from Weyerhaeuser to the United Way storage space.

“There’s just such a need in the community. We have several agencies who house small children, babies, and women who’ve been…come from torn homes. Their babies need diapers, and there’s just a great need.
