Beautiful Today, But Changes Ahead
More sunshine today and comfortable temperatures as highs reach the middle 60s. Changes begin tonight, though, as clouds move in from the southwest, making for a cloudy night. The weekend looks pretty wet as an area of low pressure moves through the Gulf Coast states. Drier and cooler weather will move in early next week.

Clouds Exit, Sunshine Returns
The clouds that have covered our skies for the last couple days have cleared out this morning, and this will leave us with sunny weather today and some warmer temperatures. Highs will be about 10-12 degrees warmer today with afternoon temps in the low to mid 60s. Tonight will be cold again with lows in the upper 30s.

Clouds Sticking Around Today
Clouds will hang in our sky most of the day, but we should begin to see some clearing by the afternoon. Our air will stay rather chilly too as highs only reach the middle 50s in most areas. By tonight, clearing skies will allow for a good bit of cooling. Some widespread frost will be possible by early Thursday morning. Sunny weather returns Thursday!

Cool and Turning Cloudy
Some much cooler air pushed into North Mississippi and Northwest Alabama overnight. Skies will stay mostly clear this morning, but a large blanket of clouds over Northwest Mississippi and Arkansas will push in by the afternoon. The surge of cooler air combined with this cloud cover will prevent our temperatures from warming much. Highs will only reach the low to mid 50s. Tonight will also be cold. A Nice Morning, But Rain Starts This Afternoon
After a sunny start to the day, clouds will increase late this morning as a cold front moves our way. Rain will be likely this afternoon into the evening, but rain totals should stay below a half inch. Meanwhile, highs will reach 70 degrees early this afternoon. Sunshine Through the End Of the Weekend
Very comfortable conditions were the story of the day again. Temperatures warmed up nicely throughout the afternoon into the upper 60's and low 70's across the area. We'll see another chilly night for this evening with lows around 40 degrees. You can also expect some patchy fog around the region overnight and into early tomorrow morning. Expect another pleasant day tomorrow with mostly sunny skies and highs in the lower 70's. On The Edge of Ida
The western edge of Ida's rain shield covers about half the viewing area this morning as the center of the storm moves ashore over Mobile Bay.
