Woman Arrested In Connection To Tragic October Crash

OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)- ABC agents say alcohol was involved in an October car crash which injured four teenagers.

21-year-old Abigail Kemp of New Hope – she’s facing counts of giving beer to someone under age – and contributing to an underage crime.

State ABC agents made the arrest Friday.

They say the arrest is in connection with this car crash that threw four teenagers from an SUV in early October.

It flipped here on Highway 82 just before the 45-alternate exit and resulted in two people being flown to hospitals.

The crash happened as they were coming home from an MSU football game.

MHP assisted in the investigation.
