Video: 15 Submit Resumes for CLRA Executive Director Seat

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — It may be one of the more popular job openings in the area. The Columbus-Lowndes Recreation Authority (CLRA) has received 15 resume’s from people interested in the executive director’s position.

The job opened when Roger Short announced his retirement in August.

The CLRA still has to review the applications, narrow the field and interview candidates.

The CLRA Board of Directors held a special-called meeting today to approve their annual budget, which came in just under $1.4 million and includes a 2-percent increase over last year.
