2 Winona Men Bound Over to Grand Jury

WINONA, Miss. (WCBI) — Two Winona men are bound over to the grand jury in connection with an early August shooting.

20-year-old Michael Merritt is charged with two counts of aggravated assault. His bond is set at $10,000 on each count.

19-year-old Dion Stinson is charged with drive-by shooting. His bond is set at $10,000.

According to Winona police, Stinson fired a weapon from his vehicle into Merritt’s home, and Merritt shot back. Neither were injured.
