Today: A mix of sun and clouds is expected as we begin our Sunday. We could see a 30 – 40% chance of showers because the disorganized system in the Gulf is continuing to fuel moisture north. However, the bulk of the rain and heavy cloud cover should stay off to our south and east. Highs are expected to stay in the low 80s.
Tonight: A 20-30% chance of showers and thunderstorms continues as we head into the evening hours. Low temperatures start to creep back towards the upper 60s indicating humidity is beginning to return.
Monday: As we start off our work and school week, warmer temperatures and humidity returns. As you head out to the bus stop, make sure to bring an umbrella! Skies will be mostly cloudy and a 30-40% chance of showers and thunderstorms is expected. Highs should be in the middle 80s while overnight lows are expected to stay in the low 70s.
Rest of the Week: Temperatures will gradually warm up as we get further into the week. We’ll keep with the chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms each and everyday as the system in the Gulf continues to fall apart.
