8th Annual Santa Clause Sprint Swim Meet Held in Columbus

Columbus, Miss. (WCBI) –Columbus Swim held their 8th Annual Santa Clause Sprint Meet at MUW Stark Recreation center. The event kicked off at 10 am and brought together more than 5 swim teams to compete. Teams from as far a Memphis, Jackson, and Tallahatchie traveled to a part of the meet. Over 150 swimmers attended to compete in freestyle, breast stroke, back stroke, fly, and relays. This meet is the main fundraiser for the Columbus Swim team. The team and their parents have been working hard to secure sponsorships from local business to raise money for the team
