Video: Accidental Shooting at the Tupelo Gun and Knife Show

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – Two people are injured after a gun accidently discharges at the Tupelo Gun and Knife Show.

A four year old little boy and a man suffered injuries after a bullet went through the wall of one of the exhibits at the Tupelo Furniture Market building number five.

Fragments of the bullet struck the child and grazed the man on his the leg.

The child had to be transported by ambulance to North Mississippi Medical Center. The man was able to drive himself.

Neither injury was life threatening.

Tupelo Police are say the incident was an accident at that no charges are expected.
