Ala. Man Arrested for Possession of ICE

MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (Press Release) — An Alabama man finds himself in jail following a traffic stop in Hamilton.

Agents with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Unit conducted a routine traffic stop this morning on Bartahatchie Road.

Upon making contact with the driver, 39-year-old Sulligent, Ala. resident Michael Wayne Fowler, agents discovered him to be in possession of crystal methamphetamine.

Fowler’s bond has not been set, and he is currently detained at the Monroe County Detention Center.
