Amory Man Charged with Possession of Weapon by Convicted Felon

MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (Press Release) — A convicted felon is behind bars after being discovered with a firearm.

32-year-old Amory man Erik Walker Burks was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.

Burks’ bond has not been set; he is currently detained at the Monroe County Detention Center.
