Today: This will be the hottest day of the year so far. I’m expected a high of 94 under mostly sunny skies. When we factor in the humidity it will feel more like 100 during the hottest part of the day. Please take proper precautions if you’re going to be outside for long periods of time. Take frequent breaks and drink a lot of water.
Tonight: Warm summer nights are here to stay this week. Tonight I’m expecting temperatures to tumble into the upper 60s and lower 70s under mostly clear skies. Winds will be out of the WSW up to 10mph.
Tomorrow: Much like today, it will be hot and humid. Afternoon high temperatures will be a tad bit warmer with a high expected around 95.
Warm & humid conditions will persist on Thursday but a cold front may spark a few afternoon and evening storms as it moves in from Tennessee. Some of these storms may be a little strong with the potential of gusty winds. Dry weather will return for the end of the work week and the upcoming Father’s Day Weekend.
