Arrest Made In Kosciusko Hit And Run

KOSCIUSKO, Miss. (WCBI) — An Attala County woman is facing charges in connection with a fatal hit and run in Kosciusko.

28 year old Victoria Windom is accused of felony leaving the scene of an accident.

She is suspected of being the driver who hit 38 year old Timothy Parks sometime over the weekend. Parks body was found Saturday morning on the side of West Jefferson Street.

Investigators have located a car owned by Windom and processed it for evidence in the case.
