Authorities Investigating Counterfeit Money

WINONA, Miss. (WCBI) — Winona police are tracing the source of some counterfeit money working its way into the region.

At least two fake $100 bills have been turned in to area banks.

Local businesses are being asked to pay close attention to large denomination bills to make sure they are real.
