More clear skies are on tap for tonight, and we will likely make it down to the freezing point. Astronomy lovers should take note: The Geminid Meteor Shower will peak between 1:00am – 3:00am tonight. With clear skies and a new moon, any avid sky gazer should be able to see a meteor fly by.
Clouds will increase through Friday and highs will climb into the lower 60s. Our next rain chance will hold off until Saturday when a trailing cold front approaches the region. As of now, that chance is a little lower than what we were thinking yesterday. Sunday now features a higher chance for rain.
Highs will be back to the middle 60s for the weekend.
