Skies are beginning to clear in our northwestern counties this afternoon. The clearing line will continue to progress east through the rest of the viewing area during the early evening hours.
With clear skies and calm winds, overnight temperatures will easily plummet into the low 30s and upper 20s. Brr! Due to a good amount of moisture still looming in the viewing area, dense fog during the early morning hours Wednesday will be possible.
Plentiful sunshine will return on our Wednesday coupled with cool highs in the upper 50s and low 60s.
A warming trend will take place Thursday and Friday with highs climbing into the low to mid 60s.
At this point our next chance at seeing a good shower or two will be during the beginning of next week.
The weather team will be at Kroger in Starkville this Wednesday from 4-8 PM. Come out to get a weather radio or have yours programmed.
