Though some places will start Monday with mostly sunny skies, clouds will quickly fill the sky. Rain chances will begin across West MS by mid-morning and spread east through the afternoon. Scattered showers will stay in the area through Monday evening and night.
Some thunder storms are possible, but the severe setup is currently to the southwest of our viewing area. We may still see a few areas of locally heavy rain.
Showers will linger early Tuesday as will the clouds, but Wednesday and Thursday will bring a lot more sun!
