Officers say they attempted to stop Jones for expired tags on his vehicle when he took off, running a red light.

Jones then allegedly hit a vehicle attempting to make a left turn onto Alabama Street.

Police say Jones was attempting to crawl under a forklift parked in front of Taggart Auction.

Jones is charged with 10 different charges including: Reckless Driving, Failure to Obey, and Disobeying Traffic Control Device.
