Video: Columbus Shooting Victim Dies

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – The Columbus man shot in the head during an armed robbery this past weekend died Tuesday afternoon in a Jackson hospital.

Quinton Hill, 31, was shot twice at his 2002 4th Avenue South home early Sunday morning.

Police say the bullets went through the front door of the house.

The gunman stole Hill’s wallet and money from another man inside the house. The other victim was not injured.

No one has been arrested.

Lowndes County Coroner Greg Merchant says an autopsy will be performed.
