Company Agrees to $15,000 ‘No-Call’ Fine

JACKSON, Miss. – Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley announced today that the Mississippi Public Service Commission reached a settlement with Power Home Technologies, LLC for
alleged No Call violations.
In complaints received by the Commission, the company was alleged to have
made unauthorized telephone solicitations and failed to register with the PSC as
telephone solicitors.
Power Home Technologies, LLC agreed to a settlement of $15,000 and will not
make any telephone solicitation calls in Mississippi for three years
Mississippians who wish to add their home telephone number to the No Call list

www.psc.state.ms.us/nocall.
