Please include the following information in the contents of your letter or email:
- Your NAME
- COMPANY NAME
- COMPANY ADDRESS (Your place of business must be located in the WCBI viewing area)
- Daytime PHONE NUMBER
- the YEAR you were born (You must be 18 years or older to qualify)
(All information requested is required. If you do not provide this information, you will not qualify to be a part of the “Grub Club”!)

2. Insert all contents included to the right. Please use your company’s letterhead or attach a business card.
3. Place stamp on envelope
4. Put letter in the mail
