CPD to Host ‘Coffee With a Cop’ Thursday Morning

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — Columbus residents will have the chance to meet the men and women who protect and serve over breakfast.

The Columbus Police Department will host Coffee with a Cop tomorrow morning at Buffalo Wild Wings on Hwy 45.

Individuals can stop by from 7:30 to 9 a.m. Thursday morning. Buffalo Wild Wings will provide the coffee.

Participants will have the opportunity to meet with the CPD Police Chief Tony Carleton, members of the command staff, investigators and patrol officers.

This is the first Coffee with a Cop in Columbus.

Carleton said he hopes to have them monthly.
