LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Charges are pending after a one-vehicle wreck in Lowndes County. Deputies say 24-year-old Justin Eatman was driving his 2008 Chevrolet Silverado south on Mert Rickman Road when he lost control and ran off the road near Bersheba Road around 12:30 Friday (9-7) morning. Eatman was taken to Baptist-Golden Triangle hospital with minor injuries. Driving under the influence charges are pending.
