EMCC, ICC Inside Top 7 of NJCAA Top 20 Poll

FULTON & SCOOBA, Miss. (WCBI) — Two area junior colleges make up seven of the top teams in the nation according to the newest NJCAA Top 20 football poll.

The EMCC Lions now sit at number 3 following their dominating performance at Delta, while the ICC Indians have reached their highest point of the season at number 7 thanks to a road win at Holmes last Thursday.

Navarro College is the new number one after Mississippi Gulf Coast fell to Jones County last week. Five schools from the state of Mississippi make up the top 10.
