Firefighters Spend Hours Putting Out Choctaw Co. Blaze

CHOCTAW COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Firefighters in Choctaw County are looking into what caused a large sawmill blaze that burned for several hours, Sunday.

It took eight fire departments from Webster and Choctaw counties to put out the blaze that burned a sawmill on Highway 9, south of Eupora.

Firefighters were called out late Saturday night, and were at the scene until about 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon.

They still don’t know what caused the fire.
