As we continue through this work week, we will see an increase in moisture. This will bring daily rain chances back and a few sticky, hot days. Here is the latest forecast discussion:
Tuesday: Rain chances return this afternoon at around 20%. Humidity will make its way back in courtesy of southerly breeze around 5 mph. Expect afternoon highs in the low 90s with a mix of sun and clouds. Overnight lows will be in the low 70s and considerably warmer than last night.
Wednesday: A weak cold front moves through bringing a slightly higher chance for rain in the afternoon and evening. Mostly cloudy skies and highs in the low 90s will be the story for the day. Despite the cold front, humidity will stick around, and overnight temperatures will be in the low 70s.
Thursday: The first day of August will be similar to the last day of July. Mostly cloudy skies, highs in the 90s, and a chance of afternoon showers will remain in the forecast. Low temperatures will also stay in the low 70s.
Friday- The Weekend: High temperatures continue in the 90s and the humidity sticks around as well. Rain chances increase slightly for Saturday and Sunday as another system will move through. Partly cloudy skies and overnight lows in the low to mid 70s can also be expected.
