Hope you’re making it a good Friday! We’ve made it to March and that typically means some Spring-like conditions are soon to come. Unfortunately, not soon enough. It will be a wintry first weekend with temperatures a solid 15 degrees below average for this time of year.
Cloudy skies will keep a slight chance of a shower in our forecast today. High temperatures will only sneak back into the low-mid 40s through the afternoon.
Tonight we’ll stay cloudy and cold with a low in the lower 30s. A slight chance of a shower or two will exist overnight and a few isolated snow showers will be possible across our northern counties. We may see a few flurries across our southern counties as well. Our snow/flurry chance will continue into Saturday along with cloudy skies.
Although we’ve mentioned the chance of snow/flurries in our overnight-Saturday forecast, we are anticipating little to no accumulation. A dusting is about all that is possible.
Highs Saturday will only top out in the lower 40s! A typical high for this time of year is about 64 degrees.
Some sunshine will finally break through the clouds Sunday allowing highs to climb back into the upper 40s.
