Everyone saw rain on Thursday, but we’ll get a chance to dry out today. Skies will begin overcast, and some of you will have to deal with fog. Remember to use your low beams and leave a few minutes earlier than usual to ensure you get to your destination on time.
The rain chance is minimal through the morning and most of the afternoon, but some showers will try to work back into our area by late afternoon and this evening. The most likely location for one of those showers will be in the Golden Triangle, south of Hwy 82, and in West AL. The farther north that you go toward Tupelo, you’ll stay rain free.
Highs today will approach 60.
Saturday will start with a mix of clouds and sun and then become mostly sunny. A stray shower is possibly early morning; otherwise, expect a pleasant day.
A sunny Sunday is on tap with highs back around 60.
