An even chillier night is on tap tonight, which means you should probably break out your favorite hot beverage if you haven’t already! Here’s your 1st Alert forecast:
Friday Night: If you’re heading out to any Friday Night Football games, you will probably want to bundle up! Temperatures will quickly fall as the sun sets. Clear, starry skies will take over as temperatures continue to sink to near the freezing mark. Freeze warnings are in effect for most counties in the WCBI viewing area, and widespread frost is expected.
Saturday: You may wake up to some left over frost in the early morning, but mostly sunny skies will stay put for the rest of the day. High temperatures will reach the mid 60s in the afternoon.
Saturday Night: Conditions nearly ten degrees warmer than previous nights can be expected thanks to cloudy conditions moving in overnight. Plan for low temperatures to be in the low to mid 40s with calm winds.

Sunday: The clouds from Saturday night will linger through the day Sunday, but don’t let that deter your outdoor fun! High temperatures will be comfortable in the upper 60s.
Next Week: Southerly winds will help to warm you up as we kick off the week. Highs will be in the mid to upper 70s, while overnight lows will return to the 50s. Model guidance is in disagreement on the timing of our next strong cold front. Wednesday evening through Thursday evening looks to be your best chance for rain, but we will be watching closely as the Trick-or-Treat forecast gets closer.
