A typical summer weather pattern will continue to unfold as we go through the weekend and early next week. Plan on a daily chance of rain along with warm & humid conditions. Here is our latest detailed forecast:
Today: Additional pop-up showers and storms are possible during the day but the chance of rain will only be around 30%. Afternoon temperatures should be in the low 90s. While the air temperature is expected to be in the low 90s, it will feel closer to the mid 90s because of the humidity. Any storm that does develop may produce torrential downpours and frequent lightning.
Saturday – Monday: A “cold” front will take its time moving across the region. Scattered showers and storms will be possible each day. Don’t cancel your outdoor plans just yet but do be sure to have backup plans in case of a rain-out. Highs will be around 90 and lows will be in the low 70s.
