STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – There’s a new place to play in Starkville.

School officials, students, and community members cut the ribbon on “Friendship Playground” at Sudduth Elementary School Tuesday (10/30).

Volunteers have worked for months building the equipment and getting the play area ready.

“Friendship Playground” is open to students, families and children in the Starkville community.

It will be open during non-school hours to public from dawn to dusk.
