Video: Humane Society Hosts Fur Family Reunion

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — A bunch of furry friends and their owners gathered at the Colmbus Lowndes Humane Society for a fur family reunion.

Pets were welcomed to participate in free grooming, while owners visited local vendors.

Special guest, Uncle Bunky joined in on the fun as well as other special guest.

Lots of fun activities were provided for the family to participate in such as taking a family photo, smooch a pooch, and kiss a kitty.

Lots of laughs and loving stories were told all day of how adopting a pet can make a huge difference in your life.

Jim Fain says, “She is just a big part of the family now. She’s just really sweet and we love her to death and all the kids play with her everyday and she is just a big part of the family now. She has brought us lots of joy and happiness into our lives.”
