Video: Greater Starkville Development Partnership Updates Host Luncheon

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Some Starkville business owners gathered together to discuss the future of the Starkville and Oktibbeha County Schools.

The event was held at the Hilton Garden Inn, where educational leaders updated business leaders on the school consolidation.

Leaders discussed topics on student improvements as well as the recent $13.2 million bond that was rescinded Monday.

Business leaders had a chance to ask questions and voice their opinions on where the school district is headed.

The event was hosted by the Greater Starkville Development Partnership.
